Mehnersmoos are thirsty and not in the mood for work. Intoxication, an anti-bourgeois attitude and the one who has sex is the message to celebrate the moment. Bourgeois are not welcome unless they bring beer. Head goes out, dopamine comes in. Frankfurt boys with heart, who rap without questions but with answers and put their city on the rap map. Mehnersmoos don’t take anything seriously, lyrically sinking numerous rap stars and raising the bar along the way. Scandals in the media are taken away and processed with canned beer. Poke!

MadFred and Maydn have been releasing new music regularly since 2017. In good hip-hop tradition, further tapes followed, which intensified the frenzy in and around Frankfurt, so that the boys’ 80s attitude to life also attracted attention and good parties nationwide. In March 2022, Mehnersmoos released their official debut album “Pennergang”, which easily entered the top 10 of the German music charts. Mehnersmoos make rap with crude humor and a wink for the blind.
