Team registrations and fee payments (cashless) will take place at the RIDERS & ACCREDITATION OFFICE at the event venue.

The fee is CHF 150 per rider and the payment will take place at the Riders & Accreditation Office. Please note that only credit cards or other electronical payments are accepted, preferably Mastercard, Visa or EC Maestro (no American Express). There is no cash handling at the accreditation!

Your accreditiaton gives you access to all competition sites/areas, as well as to the Riders Lounge and to an onsite waxing area, including storage space for your gear. Your accreditation also gives you access to the concert area.
Daily Team Captain Meetings are planned at the event venue. If, other than expected, Covid restrictions need to be implemented again, there will be an online setup for attending the TC meeting virtually.

Note: these conditions are applicable for bookings that are made until latest September 1, 2023. Reservations made after this date will not offer them anymore, so please make sure to settle your accommodation needs prior to this date, thank you!

If the hotel cannot provide a room, one will be made available at the event site. Near the ramp there will be a covered waxing area (incl. power outlets).
Half board accommodation will be provided starting Monday 17th October to and including breakfast on Saturday 21rd October (Freeski) or Sunday 22th October (Snowboard). Half board accommodation includes breakfast and dinner at the hotel.
Lunch options at the Big Air venue (at own expense).

Location:
Getting to Chur and back home is responsibility of the teams. Chur is easily accessible from anywhere in Europe – either by train, car or plane.
By train
Chur is a main terminal station of the Swiss Federal Railways (SBB) and has excellent high-speed connections from and to Zurich-Airport. Further, there are direct train connections to Zurich, Basel and St. Gallen as well as to major European cities including Amsterdam, Brussels, Hamburg and Stuttgart. By car
Chur is only a 1,5 hours drive away from Zurich. If you are coming from Zurich or Basel, follow the highway A3/A13 to Chur. Both highway exits (Chur Nord / Chur Süd) are close to the center of the Alpine City. Use the route planner for the shortest and fastest route: www.google.ch/maps
By plane
There are numerous airports around Chur, such as Zurich, Basel, Geneva, Lugano or Friedrichshafen. From all these airports, you can easily travel to Chur by train (SBB).
